HubSpot-to-Salesforce CRM Migration & Sales Process Design

Migrated the client from HubSpot CRM to Salesforce and designed a new end-to-end sales process from lead creation through closed-won. Defined and mapped lead stages from legacy systems to the new Salesforce workflow. Trained the sales team on the new Salesforce process, supported go-live, and drove post-implementation adoption. Maintained HubSpot exclusively for landing page form submissions, passing data into Salesforce while enabling enhanced tracking of recent form engagement.
